1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the my4d365 platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by my4d365 and is made available to eligible users in Malaysia and any other jurisdictions where access is lawfully permitted.

By creating a my4d365 account, accessing any part of the Service, or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal member account created by a User on the my4d365 platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of eligible funds held within a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, cashback amounts, referral rewards, or any other non-deposited value credited to an Account under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and verification procedures required before certain Account functions may be used.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required period may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active my4d365 Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address (including Malaysian city where applicable, e.g., Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Penang, or Johor Bahru), contact email address, and any payment details required for verification.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. my4d365 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5. Deposits and Payments

Deposits into your my4d365 Account are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. All Account balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a specific currency arrangement is otherwise confirmed in writing by my4d365.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Where eligible and available, my4d365 may support deposits via FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options. The list of available methods is subject to change and may vary based on your eligibility and current operational arrangements.

5.2 Deposit Responsibility

You must only deposit funds that you can genuinely afford to lose. my4d365 does not provide credit facilities and does not encourage borrowing to fund gambling activity. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of applicable KYC verification and any applicable Wagering Requirements. my4d365 processes eligible withdrawal requests in accordance with standard review procedures. Indicative processing times are displayed on the Platform but are not guaranteed and may be affected by banking hours, payment-provider availability, and security review requirements.

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered my4d365 Account.

• Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible Account, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless stated otherwise.

• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Service to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.

9. Responsible Gambling

• You may request deposit limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion periods through your Account settings or by contacting support.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with the Platform's responsible gambling procedures. Once active, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the agreed period expires.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the my4d365 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, written copy, software interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of my4d365 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, my4d365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Service, including without limitation:

• Loss of Account balance due to technical errors, third-party payment-provider failures, or maintenance periods.
• Financial loss resulting from wagering decisions made by the User.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by banking institutions, e-wallet providers (including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay), or payment networks.
• Interruptions to the Service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms limits my4d365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer protection law.

12. Suspension and Termination

my4d365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, system abuse, or where continued operation of the Account would pose a legal or regulatory risk. In the event of termination for cause, my4d365 may withhold pending bonuses and review the eligibility of any balance for withdrawal.

Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the my4d365 support team. Any withdrawable balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures after all applicable verification requirements are satisfied.

13. Amendments

my4d365 may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the date of publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your Account.
